This Policy explains what information Your Profit Stack collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using our site, funnel, or community, you agree to this Policy.
| 1. Information we collect
You give us: name, email, and any details you submit through our audit form, opt-ins, or community profile.
Payment info: processed securely by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number — Stripe handles that. We receive confirmation, the last 4 digits, and billing status.
Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, emails opened, and similar analytics, collected via cookies and our tools.

To deliver the Program, grant community/course access, and process payments;

These Terms govern your purchase of and access to all Your Profit Stack programs and the community (the “Program”) — Foundations, Trade Insider, Operator, Accelerator, and Inner Circle. By purchasing or accessing any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program. Program-specific terms appear in Sections 1–6; Sections 7–13 apply to all tiers.
| 1. Programs & what you're buying
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Foundations — $997, one-time. Lifetime access to the Foundations course, templates, and tools.
Trade Insider — $197/month (recurring). The community, the hosted AI Vault (5 tools, kept current), the Daily 5 challenge, monthly group Q&A, and streamed course access while subscribed.
Operator — $397/month (recurring). Everything in Trade Insider, plus biweekly live group coaching, hot seats, and the AI Vault expanded to 9 tools.
Accelerator — $4,997 (or 3 installments; Founding 25 members: $3,497). Lifetime course + all 11 AI tools + community, a 12-week group coaching cohort, and the Profit Back Guarantee (Section 4). Founding members also receive Founding pricing, a permanent badge, and 30% off any future upgrade.
Inner Circle — $15,000 (pay in full or on a schedule), limited to 10 seats. Everything in Accelerator, plus a 6-month 1:1 engagement with Cody, the Inner Circle mastermind, custom-tuned GPTs configured on your business data, and one private site visit in year one.
Program contents, schedules, and bonuses may be updated or improved over time; we may substitute materials of equal or greater value.
| 2. Price & payment
One-time products (Foundations) are charged once at purchase.
Memberships (Trade Insider, Operator) are recurring subscriptions — see Section 3.
Accelerator payment plan: may be paid in 3 installments at checkout. By choosing the plan you authorize us and our processor (Stripe) to charge each scheduled installment automatically. All installments are owed in full once you enroll; a missed installment may pause program and AI Vault access until resolved.
Inner Circle: $15,000 payable in full, or on a payment schedule if offered. By choosing a schedule you authorize automatic charges; all amounts are owed in full once you enroll. Seats are limited (10); enrollment is confirmed only on payment of the first amount due.
Prices and offers may change for future enrollments.
| 3. Membership billing, renewal & cancellation (Trade Insider & Operator)
**Memberships are billed every four (4) weeks and automatically renew until cancelled.
Memberships run on a 6-month minimum term. You may cancel anytime; if you cancel before completing the 6-month term, a one-time $97 early-cancellation fee applies and access ends. After the minimum term, cancel anytime at no fee.
On cancellation, future charges stop and access continues to the end of the current paid month, after which membership access (course, community, AI Vault, live calls) is removed.
Access vs ownership: the course curriculum is provided streamed (not for download) while you are a member. Tools you download while a member (the True Cost Calculator and templates) remain yours; you will not receive further updates after cancellation. To own the curriculum, purchase Foundations.
You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for these amounts, including recurring charges and any early-cancellation fee, until you cancel. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
| 4. Refunds & guarantees
Foundations (one-time)
Because the course and templates are digital, refunds are limited. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and you have not downloaded the templates or progressed beyond Module 2, you may receive a 50% refund. Once any materials are downloaded or the content is substantially accessed, all sales are final.Memberships (Trade Insider, Operator)
Cancel anytime to stop future billing (subject to the 6-month minimum term and $97 early-cancellation fee in Section 3). The current paid month is non-refundable; amounts already billed are non-refundable.Accelerator — Profit Back Guarantee
Action-based guarantee: if Accelerator does not add at least $10,000/month to your profit within 90 days, we will refund your payment and continue coaching you at no charge until it does — provided you did the work: complete the 5 daily non-negotiables on 60 of 90 days, attend 80%+ of scheduled coaching calls, submit all weekly action items, submit your profit numbers monthly, and request the remedy within 14 days of program completion. The guarantee requires evidence of the work done.
A separate 14-day no-questions money-back period applies during the first two weeks after purchase.
Otherwise, once the cohort has begun, materials have been downloaded, or coaching has been attended, all sales are final except as required by law. Payment-plan installments already billed are non-refundable; remaining installments remain owed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Inner Circle — Profit Back Guarantee (modified)
Inner Circle includes the same action-based Profit Back Guarantee as Accelerator (the $10,000/month standard and the participation conditions above).
Exception — no 14-day no-questions window. Because Inner Circle reserves Cody’s time, a limited seat, and includes 1:1 coaching and custom build work, the separate 14-day no-questions money-back period does not apply. The guarantee is earned by doing the work.
Otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once the engagement begins (first session held, custom build started, or materials accessed), except as required by law. Amounts billed under a schedule are non-refundable; remaining scheduled amounts remain owed for the engagement term unless we agree otherwise in writing.
| 5. Accelerator — cohort participation
The cohort runs on a published schedule. Calls may be recorded for members’ later viewing. We are not responsible for results lost to non-attendance. Seats and cohort dates are limited; we may move a member to a later cohort where necessary.
| 6. Inner Circle — engagement, custom tools & mastermind
The 1:1 engagement. The number, length, and cadence of 1:1 sessions over the 6 months are as described at enrollment. The value of 1:1 coaching depends on your participation; missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled or refunded, though sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.Custom-tuned GPTs & your data. Our team configures the Custom GPTs with the business data you provide (your jobs, subs, pricing). This requires you to supply that data; we are not responsible for delays caused by data you do not supply. You grant us permission to use that data solely to configure your tools; we keep it confidential, use it only for that purpose, and you retain ownership of your data.Mastermind confidentiality. What is shared in the mastermind stays in the room. You agree not to disclose other members’ confidential business information, numbers, or strategies. Breach may result in removal without refund.
| 7. License & acceptable use
On payment we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program materials, templates, and GPTs for your own business. You agree not to share logins, give others access to a tier they have not paid for, resell, sublicense, distribute, copy, repackage into a competing product, or post members-only content publicly. Accounts found sharing access or redistributing materials may be suspended or removed without refund..
| 8. Results disclaimer
The Program provides education, tools, coaching, and frameworks. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, income, margin, or business outcome. Examples and figures are illustrative and are not promises. Your results depend on your effort, market, and execution. Nothing in the Program is legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice; consult your own qualified professionals.
| 9. Intellectual property
All Program content — courses, videos, templates, worksheets, GPTs, and written materials — is owned by 1515736 B.C. Ltd. and protected by copyright. Your license does not transfer ownership.
| 10. Community & conduct
Access to the community, cohorts, and mastermind is a privilege. No spam, pitching, harassment, or sharing of other members’ private information. We may remove members who violate these rules without refund.
| 11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
| 12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
